Roy Webb Productions — DJ Performance & Contribution Agreement

(Including Participation in Bizarre Rave Experiences)

Effective Date: January 15, 2025

Roy Webb Productions ("we," "our," or "us") welcomes DJs to contribute to Bizarre Rave immersive experiences. By participating, you ("DJ" or "Artist") agree to the following:

1. Ownership of Original Works
You retain ownership of all original music and creative materials you contribute.
You grant Roy Webb Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to exhibit your performances, use set recordings in immersive programs, create visual remixes, and promote your sets as part of Bizarre Rave marketing.
You remain credited as the DJ/Artist for your original works. DJs may collaborate privately with others, but you are solely responsible for fulfilling this Agreement and managing any private royalty divisions.

2. Remix, Visual, and Production Enhancements
Roy Webb Productions may add visual effects, transitions, or minor edits to match show flow, but will not alter your original musical works. Your DJ credit and identity will always be preserved.

3. Streaming, Recording, and Replay
You agree that Roy Webb Productions may stream, record, archive, and use your performances for internal replays, promotional content, and platform enhancement. Separate financial agreements will govern any external or commercial monetization.

4. Responsibilities and Costs
You are fully responsible for all production and content development costs. Roy Webb Productions does not provide production funding or reimbursement under this Agreement.

5. Royalties and Payment Terms
You will receive 2.5% of Roy Webb Productions' gross ticket revenue (before expenses) from each event featuring your immersive set. Royalties are paid quarterly based on verified ticket sales. Managing collaborator royalty splits is your responsibility.

6. Copyright Compliance
You represent that you own or have secured all rights to the material you submit and will indemnify Roy Webb Productions against claims resulting from unauthorized performances.

7. Limitation of Liability
Roy Webb Productions is not liable for technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party claims arising from DJ-submitted content. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.

9. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 180 days' written notice. Roy Webb Productions retains the right to continue using submitted programs under existing terms for any shows already scheduled or in production.
