Welcome to Roy Webb Productions (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our websites, platforms, products, or services — including Bizarre Rave®, Bizarre Rave Radio®, and The AI Brain™ — you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Purpose
Roy Webb Productions creates immersive entertainment experiences and enterprise technology frameworks designed for creativity, exploration, governance, and system-level safeguards.
Enterprise AI Products
In addition to entertainment experiences, Roy Webb Productions offers enterprise technology products, including The AI Brain™, a system-level artificial intelligence governance, safeguards, and decision-support framework.
The AI Brain™ is not an autonomous artificial intelligence system, does not operate independently, and does not replace executive, legal, operational, or human judgment. All decisions, deployments, and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the deploying organization.
User Conduct
Users agree to respect others and the platform. Prohibited behavior includes abuse, illegal activity, unauthorized access attempts, or actions intended to disrupt or harm services or experiences.
User Submissions
If you upload music, videos, visuals, text, or other creative materials, you grant Roy Webb Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, adapt, and present such content within immersive entertainment experiences only.
You retain full ownership and authorship of your original work.
DJ and Visual Collaboration
House DJs and Visual Programmers may enhance submitted materials to fit immersive experiences while preserving original credit and creator identity.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All Roy Webb Productions content — including AI-generated visuals, immersive formats, governance frameworks, documentation, and branded materials — is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
Voting & Interaction
Votes, ratings, and audience interactions are for entertainment or experience feedback purposes only and do not create legal, financial, employment, or partnership relationships unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Responsible Use & Deployment
Users agree to deploy The AI Brain™ only within lawful, authorized, and ethical environments. Roy Webb Productions is not responsible for misuse, misconfiguration, or deployment outside intended or approved operational boundaries.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
The AI Brain™ is designed to enhance governance, safeguards, and system integrity. No representation or warranty is made regarding specific business, regulatory, operational, financial, or compliance outcomes.
Enterprise Use & Confidentiality
Certain materials, documentation, and access related to The AI Brain™ are intended solely for executive review, internal governance, licensing evaluation, and enterprise deployment discussions. These materials are not public consumer services.
Unauthorized distribution or external disclosure is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Use of our services is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roy Webb Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our platforms or products.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
