DJ and Visual Collaboration: Our House DJs and Visual Programmers may enhance submitted materials to fit immersive experiences, but must preserve your original credit and identity.
Ownership and Intellectual Property: All Roy Webb Productions content, including AI-generated visuals, immersive show formats, and branded materials, is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
Voting and Interaction: Votes, stars, submissions, and interactions are for entertainment purposes only and do not create any formal relationship, rights, or compensation unless agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability: Use of our services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of Roy Webb Productions platforms or Bizarre Rave programs.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
